We drove all the way back to London on the seventh day just so I could explore Kings Road for a few hours to see all the art galleries. Then I visited my second cousin at Picadilly Circus until I had to leave on the aeroplane and go back home, '"across the pond." Any way, we drove for a long time and later arrived at Kings Road my Aunt dropped me off and recommended I wait in the nearest clothing shop. I walked in the store and sat down on a big black leather couch! I sat there for a few minutes and Sarah came in and called me over and led me out the door. We walked down the sidewalk then got to a building with a big sign that read “The Kings Road Art Gallery”. Sarah said something under her breath and pulled me through the door. Inside was a big white room with only four or five confusingly colorful paintings. They were bright and cheery but all the colors had a tint of grey in them making them seem boring and drab while they were still exciting and fun to look at!!! We strolled though that room then Sarah pulled me up the stairs. When we got to the next floor I was surprised because the walls were empty, this room was cluttered with sculptures. I detached from Sarah and began looking around by myself. Some of the sculptures were pleasant while some were either very inappropriate or just plain scary! We then made our way back to the "apples n' pairs", (stairs) where we desended back to the first floor. Before we left, I decided that we needed to stop at the FREE food table, there I took almost all of the mini pizza things and then ran away! The next store was a “fashion” store with some “fashion” that you wouldn’t even see an alien wearing, these outfits were WEIRD!!! So I waited by the big glass doors while Sarah continued walking around not even noticing I strayed from her side. The next and FINAL store we look at was a memorabilia station for stupid tourists. Sarah insisted that we stop and buy a trinket, I was opposed, but we went in anyways. The shop was painted light blue and had anything anyone could ever need… and more! I chose a snowglobe of all the big attractions in London and we left. I was glad that was over! Now we were heading towards the car where my Aunt would take me to Picadilly Circus! This was very boring because It didn’t have even actually have anyone performing or anything! All I got to see was my second cousin! Even though I had never met him I didn’t REALLY feel the need to get to know him. After that Sarah took me to the airport where I would flew OVERNIGHT back to Santa Barbara!
HOME AT LAST!
